Bio: Lil’ Kim is a world-renowned star known for her songwriting, modeling and work as an actress, producer and entrepreneur. Her strong voice and unrestrained style of rapping catapulted her career during the hype of the 1990s era of the hip-hop entertainment industry. By 1996, she released her debut LP, “Hardcore.” Her unapologetic style and lyrical wordplay have made her one of the most successful women in hip hop. “Hardcore” debuted at No.11 on the Billboard 200, which was the highest debut for a female rapper at the time. The album went on to be certified double Platinum by the RIAA in 2001.
